Deloitte was one of the largest client accounts I led at redpepper. Having worked at Deloitte earlier in my career, I was able to bring a deeper understanding of the organization and its technology environment into the relationship, eventually leading digital product design, UX strategy, staffing, and delivery across the account.
I shaped teams around incoming work, hired and developed designers, led discovery and product engagements, and partnered with agency leadership on larger opportunities. The work became an important part of building redpepper’s enterprise product design capability, which I later helped broaden into a more diverse digital product portfolio beyond Deloitte.

Creative Director &
Principal Product Designer
roster was an early-stage technology company where the product, brand, and company itself were being defined at the same time. I helped shape the business from the ground up, from naming and brand identity through user research, product strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems across iOS, Android, and web.
The challenge was creating a coherent experience and brand while the product and market were still evolving.
Useful Systems, Inc.
Creative Director &
Principal Product Designer
At Useful, I worked not only as Creative Director & Principal Product Designer, but also as Co-Product Owner, partnering closely with engineering and business teams to turn complex customer and operational needs into usable software. My work spanned research, requirements, workflows, story mapping, prototyping, and product design, focusing on connecting what the business needed to accomplish with what users actually needed from the product.
